Kristine Hansen is a freelance writer covering food/drink, art/design and travel. She wrote "Wisconsin Cheese Cookbook: Creamy, Cheesy, Sweet and Savory Recipes from the State's Best Creameries." Filled with recipes from creameries around the state as well as in-depth profiles about the farmers, immigrants and foodies who craft award-winning cheese. The author will sign and sell books.
